PetSmart and the Cisco Contact Center needed an educational video outlining how their transformative response for automation (due to the COVID-19 pandemic) has helped customers requesting flexible self-service access that is fast, easy and personalized to their needs. Through the eyes of Wilbur, a loyal PetSmart grooming customer, the video shows how easy it is for him to book an appointment and also help with his shopping needs.
